Job summary

BrightPath is seeking a Behavioral Intervention Specialist to support adults with complex behavioral needs in a residential program in Burnsville/Apple Valley, Minnesota. You will guide individuals through positive behavioral change and help prevent crises, while documenting progress and coordinating with the care team.

The role requires experience with challenging behaviors, crisis response and physical intervention, along with a valid driver's license.
