Job summary

Everest Services LLC is seeking experienced Behavioral Support Specialists and licensed therapists to join our contractor network in the greater Nashua, NH area. You will provide behavioral consultation, positive behavior support planning, and therapeutic services to adults with IDD receiving HCBS Shared Living and community support services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and individualized consultations.
• Develop and support implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Provide counseling and therapeutic support as clinically appropriate.
• Train and coach Shared Living providers and DSPs on behavioral interventions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and PCSP processes.
• Support crisis prevention, de-escalation, and stabilization strategies.
• Maintain professional documentation, reports, and progress notes.
• Model trauma-informed, person-centered care in all interactions.

About This Opportunity

What You Will Do

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed or credentialed behavioral health professional (preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, or acquired brain disorders
• Knowledge of positive behavior support principles and trauma-informed care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to pass NH background checks and credential verification

Preferred Credentials

• LCMHC — Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
• LICSW — Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
• BCBA — Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Behavioral Health Certification or related credential
