Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and non-verbal modalities.
• Two-three years’ experience in Special Education/Student Services.
• Experience with behavioral intervention techniques and data collection.
• Strong collaboration with school staff and families to support students.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral improvement plans for students.
• Collaborate with CBIP, counselors, and paras to support services.
• Collect and analyze data for progress monitoring and reporting.
• Assist in RTI and Extended Year Services planning and delivery.
• Maintain accurate student records and support crisis interventions.
