Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs, ensuring data-driven decision-making
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions
