Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Specialist II to join the Adult Community Clinical Service (ACCS) team in Massachusetts.

You will deliver evidenced-based interventions and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support adults with serious mental illness in residential or community settings. The role involves helping clients with recovery goals, coordinating transportation, and assisting with medications, with a schedule of Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pm.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness.

Responsabilidades

• Provide interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement
• Assist the team in providing on-going assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions
• Support clients in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals
• Ensure that services provided are culturally competent, strengths based, and focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of client preferences.
• Provide assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments
• Assist with the administration of prescribed medications, as needed

Conhecimentos

Experience working with adults with MI

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field

Eliot is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Specialist II to join our dynamic Adult Community Clinical Service (ACCS) team. ACCS provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals, in either residential or community based settings. In this role, you will work side by side with our clients, assisting in skills development, rehabilitation practices, and more.

Hourly Rate

$21.50 - $21.50 USD
