Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree with one year of experience in developing behavior support plans and training staff to implement plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly in crises.

Responsibilities

• Observe and interact with individuals
• Create prevention and support plans
• Complete functional assessments
• Train staff on plan implementation
• Prepare progress reports for the support group
• Participate in IDT and IHP development
