Job summary

Letscare Services in New Jersey is seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our clinical team. You will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), you will apply evidence-based methods, maintain detailed patient documentation, and work collaboratively to support community well-being and client progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted clinical social worker (LCSW) license.
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred.
• BLS and CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
