# Behavioral Services Manager at Autism DelawareJob Title: Behavioral Services ManagerDepartment: Behavioral ServicesReports to: Executive Director and/or LiaisonEmployment Type: Full-Time, 37.5+ hoursFLSA Status: Salary, Exempt## **POSITION SUMMARY**Delaware’s leading private nonprofit agency serving the autism community statewide seeks a candidate to support contracted Behavioral Services funded through Delaware’s Division of Developmental Services. This position is a key member of the Adult Services Leadership Team. The role will deliver, support, monitor, and supervise registered behavioral Technicians (RBT) providing services through programs at Autism Delaware. The position requires an experienced BCBA to lead, support the development of service budgets, and ensure compliance with all audits of service and financial statements. The role fosters relationships with Autism Delaware’s many constituencies, including families, self-advocates, state agencies, and donors. As an organizational leader, the role supports communications and fundraising initiatives. Facility in written and spoken English.5. High level of personal organization.6. High level of proficiency with computers.7. Must be willing and flexible regarding location of delivery service to clients.9. Frequent travel is required between agency sites and to various local and as needed regional, or national locations.10.
