Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Behavioral Medicine Psychologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will provide evidence-based assessment, brief psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions for patients with complex medical and psychological needs.

You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care managers to integrate behavioral health into primary and specialty care, perform diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track outcomes to drive quality improvement

Qualifications

• Experience conducting evidence-based psychological assessments and brief therapy.
• Ability to design and monitor treatment plans for medically complex patients.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and psychoeducation in medical settings.
