Job summary

HeartlandABA is seeking Behavioral Interventionists in Lee's Summit, MO to provide one-on-one ABA services. You will join a clinical team and implement skill-building plans, while recording session data with electronic devices.

RBT certification is required before working, and positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment. Flexible hours and paid training are offered to support caregivers and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as a member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
