Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare (NBH) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 to support clients through evidence‑based treatment, individualized skill development, and coordinated care. This role delivers essential clinical services, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 ensures accurate documentation, facilitates referrals, and engages in ongoing training to uphold the highest standards of behavioral healthcare.
This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of 10 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 1 st Shift 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. This position is located within our Mahoning County, Youngstown, Ohio.
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
