Central Florida Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Utilization Care Manager in Tampa, FL to ensure accessible and effective care.

This full-time, hybrid role involves reviewing utilization data, coordinating care, and helping implement system improvements within regulatory and contractual guidelines. The position requires a Master's in social work or related field, LMHC/LCSW/LMFT licenses, and at least two years in utilization management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling or marriage and family counseling.
• Behavioral health license LMHC, LCSW, LMFT required.
• Two years’ experience in utilization management.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, trend and report utilization/care coordination data.
• Identify, recommend, and assist in implementing programmatic/system changes through meetings and care coordination.
• Provide training and technical assistance related to utilization management/care coordination.
• Assure compliance with contractual requirements, audits and regulations.
