Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our care team in Magee, Mississippi. You will provide direct patient care under clinical leadership, helping keep patients safe while supporting recovery in a structured, therapeutic environment.

You will work with experienced clinicians and nursing staff in a team-focused setting, delivering compassionate care, maintaining safety, and addressing concerns promptly to support patient satisfaction and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification required; de-escalation and restraint training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements.
