Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist II to assess and treat patients through evaluation, individual, group, and family counseling. This role includes psycho-educational lectures, crisis intervention, case management, and discharge planning, with careful documentation per licensure and MLH standards.

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or a Master’s in Social Work, plus PA licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level supervised internship or practicum in a mental health setting.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience.
• Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility as Psychologist/LSW/LPCA per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients via evaluation, individual, group, and family counseling.
• Provide psycho-educational lectures, crisis intervention, and case management services.
• Develop treatment and discharge plans and provide direct patient care as appropriate.
• Maintain timely documentation of services in accordance with licensure and MLH requirements.
