Job summary

Compass Health Network in Raymore, MO is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our FQHC Therapy team. You will provide therapy to individuals, families, or groups, guided by DSM-5, and collaborate with medical, dental, and behavioral teams in an integrated care setting.

The role offers a full-time weekday schedule with competitive pay of $36.29–$39.29 per hour. We support professional growth, supervision, loan repayment eligibility, and a culture focused on wellbeing and work-life

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology is required.
• Working knowledge of DSM-5 is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients.
• Assess readiness for services and develop treatment plans.
• Document progress per agency guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for integrated care.
• Use DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Refer clients to internal and external resources as needed.
• Engage in ongoing clinical training and supervision.
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards.
