Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling from an accredited university.

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, including outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to diverse clients (children to adults).
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans per OMHAS and CARF standards.
• Collaborate with care team, families, physicians, and other professionals.
• Refer to psychiatry/nurse practitioners and other mental health resources as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Participate in care conferences and report concerns per policy and law.
