Job summary

Community First Solutions' Community Behavioral Health unit seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy for clients with substance use and mental health needs. You will collaborate with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure person-centered care.

You hold a Bachelor's and a Master's in a relevant field, are licensed (LSW/LPC/MFT/LISW/LPCC/LMFT), and have outpatient or intern experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees in a relevant field.
  • Licensed as LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT.
  • Experience in Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health treatment; outpatient experience preferred or intern experience.

Responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive addiction and mental health assessments
  • Participate in staff meetings and treatment planning review meetings
  • Provide addiction and mental health treatment services, including groups and individuals
  • Maintain communication with referral sources in a timely manner
  • Participate in therapeutic and psycho-educational interventions
  • Meet productivity standards as established by the agency
  • Complete timely documentation of all client interactions
  • Maintain adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice
  • Other duties as assigned and appropriate for the position

Overview

Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome mental health and substance use challenges and live their best lives?

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Community Behavioral Health with Community First Solutions. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality behavioral health treatment services for clients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) needs. You’ll complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care. Your clinical expertise, compassion, and teamwork will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary, based on licensure
  • $3000 sign on bonus

Schedule:

  • Full time, Monday - Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Flexibility on start and end times of day
  • One later evening required per week, until 7-8pm

Must have strong clinical skills, a strong commitment to client rights, competence to establish supportive trusting relationships with clients, knowledge, and skills related to co-occurring disorders.
