Job summary

Emend Healthcare, Inc. in Redlands, CA is seeking a compassionate care assistant to monitor clients and assist with daily activities and program support. You will work under the Program Director to ensure safety and quality care while coordinating with staff.

Responsibilities include daily administrative tasks, intake/discharge support, transport when needed, and helping clients prepare for appointments and activities. A High School Diploma is required.

• Transporting of clients may be required.
• Assist client with preparing for doctor’s appointments, store trips, and meetings as required.
• Maintaining a clean environment throughout entire facility. Dusting, sweeping, mopping and other janitorial duties are required as part of the job.
• Collecting and labeling urine samples.
• Assist clients to prepare for groups and daily activities.
• Other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Assistant Program Director
