Job summary

Heartland ABA in Nebraska is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions to help them reach their individual goals.

No experience? No problem — paid training is provided. You will record session data, collaborate with our clinical team, and help families at home or in community settings. Part-time positions with a six-month commitment are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
