Looking for a full-time role with a better schedule?

This Behavioral Health Technician position offers a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) with your paycheck rounded up to 40 hours, giving you more time off without sacrificing income.

You’ll work directly with children and adolescents in a structured behavioral health program, providing support, supervision, and guidance throughout their day.

This role is a great fit for individuals who are currently studying or building a career in psychology, counseling, or behavioral health, or who have prior experience working in a similar setting.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 11:30am – 9:00pm (4-day work week)
• School breaks (summer, winter, etc.):
• Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
• Overtime opportunities available

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support clients throughout their daily program, including activities, group sessions, and transitions

• $18 – $22 per hour
