Behavioral Health Technician - Full Time

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, assist in individualized care of patients to achieve the highest level of physical and mental wellness. Perform designated clinical procedures and non‑clinical support tasks essential to nursing care. Assist with unit operational tasks and ensure consistent performance in line with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards.

Position Details

• Preferred Education: Successful completion of a High School Diploma and/or a Nurse Assistant training course.
• Preferred Experience: Behavioral Health, Psychology, or Direct Support Professional.

Physical Demands

Minimum: lift floor‑to‑waist height <30 lbs (horizontally) and <40 lbs force; Balance. Frequent: hand coordination, data entry.
