Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Dearborn, MI, is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in a non-profit outpatient setting. You will provide direct patient care, monitor responses, and document outcomes while ensuring compassionate, accurate service.

The role is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am and 7pm. You will support scheduling, billing, and EHR entries, with opportunities for specialized training in TMS therapies and growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent clinical certification, plus significant healthcare work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care administering TMS and esketamine therapies per clinical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and patient payments.
  • Support insurance/billing processes and contribute to operational efficiency.

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. Your Role
  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, PLUS significant relevant work experience.
  • Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
