Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Direct Care Workers and Behavioral Health Technicians in Mesa, AZ to provide support for clients in behavioral health services. The roles are offered as Independent Contractor (1099) with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a broad client network.

Compensation is up to $18–$20 per hour, plus a $100 signing incentive after the first 100 hours. A Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and at least 1 year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in behavioral health / Direct Care Support.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
