Child & Family Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to deliver clinical services for families across Maricopa County.

You will join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping children and youth overcome challenges and reach their potential. The role requires collaborating with families, therapists, and professionals, providing services in community and home settings, and maintaining flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of behavioral health experience.
Related Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
Must be 21 years or older.

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families enrolled within our agency throughout Maricopa County.

Performing other duties related to the position

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Education/Experience Needed (one of the following)

High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of behavioral health experience
Related Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Valid Arizona Driver's Licence with an acceptable 39 month driving record
Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training

Compensation: $20/hr to $23/hr
