An established industry player is seeking dedicated individuals to support therapeutic services for young children facing mental health challenges. This role involves providing individual CPST services, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for clients and their families. You will collaborate with a team of professionals, assist in daily program delivery, and engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills. Responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu and/or providing individual CPST services under the direction of a Team Lead and Clinical Supervisor. Ensures that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, clients are supervised, safety is maintained, and clients and families are treated with respect and dignity.
High school degree or degree from an accredited college. A combination of education and relevant work experience may be required.
Previous experience in a mental health or education setting with young children, especially those with mental health or significant behavioral difficulties.
CPR certification and Handle With Care (HWC) within 30 days of employment. Completion of additional mental health training within 30 days of employment. Must be at least 18 years old. May require flexible hours and overtime.
