The Behavioral Health Technician plays a critical role in supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges by providing direct care and assistance under the supervision of clinical staff. Minimum Qualifications:

• Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant Certification - Required
• Certification or training in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related clinical areas.
• Experience working in Alcohol/Drug and/or Mental Health Experience
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and clinical staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a clinical or residential behavioral health setting.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
