Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or willingness to obtain GED.
• Current certification in First Aid/CPR preferred.
• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Training in motivational interviewing is a plus.
• Training in Trauma Informed Care is a plus.
• Recovery coach training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients in a manner promoting safety and comfort.
• Ensure cleanliness of the facility.
• Observe and manage drug testing and breathalyzer screening.
• Facilitate house meetings in absence of Program Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records.
