Job summary

Renaissance Recovery Tennessee in Nashville seeks a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients on their recovery journey in a compassionate, structured environment. You will assist with daily activities, monitor progress, and document care in EMR/EHR systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and strong communication skills. Experience in behavioral health is preferred, and willingness to obtain certifications is welcome.
