Responsibilities for Night Shift Behavioral Health Technician on the Adult Unit include:

• Conducting functional analyses of patient behavior, participating as a member of the treatment team, contributing to the Master Treatment Plan, and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Conducting individual and group psycho-education, leisure activities, and life-skill training and coaching for all patients.
• Safety monitoring of patients and the unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS, CPI certifications.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Salary range: $17 - $28 per hour. Compensation may vary based on circumstances.
