Community Health Alliance is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to support individuals in recovery within our Franklin, Ohio residential program. You will provide direct care, monitor daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, structured environment.

The role requires empathy, teamwork, and strong boundaries. Prior behavioral health exposure is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
• Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred, on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adherence to confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication; able to document clearly.

• Monitor and assist with self-administration of medication, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
• Support and reinforce treatment goals, engaging clients in recovery-focused activities.
• Observe and document client behavior, reporting concerns to clinical staff as needed.
• Assist with coordination of care as needed and monitor program schedules.
• Facilitate daily living skills groups and structured recovery oriented activities.
• Assist clients in working through crisis situations.
• Perform administrative office tasks.
