Sana Lake Recovery Center LLC in Dittmer, MO is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician (Member Care Specialist) to support members and ensure safety overnight. You will monitor activities and respond to emotional or physical needs while working closely with the treatment team.

Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician (Member Care Specialist) who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

As a Member Care Specialist, you will act as a behavioral health technician and recovery support. Member Care Specialists are representatives of the treatment staff and observe all member activities, as well as maintain a visible presence with the members at the treatment center and at outside activities. The MCS will also circulate throughout the program to be available to meet any physical, emotional, or spiritual needs of the members, as well as to determine the need for additional support and ensure this information is provided to counselors, nurses, and therapists. This position is for ourovernightshift, 7 pm - 7 am. We would love to learn more about you if you have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the treatment industry
• A current and valid Missouri Driver's License (Class E required after 30 days of employment)
