Center for Discovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) to support patients through treatment, focusing on safety, daily living activities, and crisis intervention in Montverde, FL. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in mental health, substance use or eating disorder field preferred
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Maintains patient safety and confidentiality.
• Provides exemplary customer service to patients.
• Leads daily psychoeducational groups as directed.
• Assists nursing staff with duties and patient supervision.
• Documents shift notes and related records by end of shift.
