Job summary

Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital is seeking a Mental Health Worker to join the nursing team under RN supervision. You will perform direct and indirect patient care, document care activities, and monitor safety across the unit on multiple shifts at the San Pedro facility.

Qualifications

• 6 months of direct patient care experience as a Mental Health Worker in behavioral health or chemical dependency inpatient, residential or outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect and report information to the supervising RN or Charge Nurse.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care tasks including ADLs, vital signs, observations/rounding, and safety monitoring.
