Job summary

USC Healthy Minds in Bridgeport, WV, seeks a dedicated professional to provide direct services to clients under behavioral health programs. You will implement behavior management plans, document progress, and collaborate with the treatment team to meet individualized goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, background checks, and six months of relevant experience; AMAP certification is preferred. Scheduling includes PCU Wed, Thurs, Sat 7a-7p and 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable).
• Valid vehicle insurance and reliable vehicle (if transporting clients).
• AMAP certification preferred.
• Six months of similar work experience in human services or education setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients and maintain confidentiality.
• Foster cooperative, positive interactions with clients, families, and staff.
• Follow behavior management and care plans and related directives.
• Use sound judgment when assisting clients with behavioral health needs.
• Complete documentation accurately (progress notes, SALs, observations).
• Maintain compliance with regulations and meet paperwork deadlines.
