Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and help children with Autism achieve their goals. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA services, implement skill‑building plans, and work closely with our clinical team to support client progress.

All positions start part-time with the opportunity for advancement, flexible scheduling, and same‑day pay. Paid training is provided, and you’ll gain access to a robust support network and meaningful outcomes

Qualifications
