Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Master level human service professional to work with adults in the Arlington, VA area. The role is a full-day Monday-Friday assignment from 8:30am to 5pm.

The incumbent will conduct intake/assessments, perform regular home visits, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans. A Master’s degree in a Human Service field and experience with adult services are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field is required.
• Experience with adult protective services or related adult services is preferred.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Conduct intake/assessment in the office to determine needed services and community resources
• Routinely complete home visits as determined by written service plans
• Complete case notes in a timely fashion
• Works with the Director and other multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans/assessments for clients

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Master degree in a Human Service field.
• Experience with adult protective services and other adult service delivery models.
