Job summary

Vantage Point Behavioral Health in Fayetteville, AR seeks a licensed social work professional to plan and provide individual and group support for patients facing mental health challenges.

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and promote recovery while ensuring patient safety.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work and 2+ years of experience; licensure as LMSW/LCSW may be required; paid supervision offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Two or more years’ experience working with patient populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessment and develop an effective treatment plan.
• Provide crisis intervention and assist families in understanding implications.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings for treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Identify, assess and coordinate patient cases and anticipate needs related to illness, hospitalization, finances, education and community services.
• Facilitate education, process groups, support groups and referrals as requested.
• Manage a caseload and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with standards.
