Job summary

Haven Behavioral Healthcare, part of Oceans Healthcare, seeks a Social Services Clinician to support assessments, treatment planning, and discharge processes in a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct psychosocial evaluations, develop measurable goals, and coordinate with families and community resources to ensure safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field required; master’s preferred depending on licensure regulations.
• One year of experience in behavioral health on a clinical multidisciplinary team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized, measurable treatment plans.
• Assess risk of harm to self or others and communicate concerns promptly.
• Provide age-appropriate group psychoeducation and related activities.
• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and document sessions per standards.
• Participate as an active member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and contribute to discharge planning.
