• Ability to take vital signs under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Search new individuals and belongings; document it.
• Orient new individuals to the unit and routines.
• Monitor individuals' behavior and report changes to LPN.
• Complete nursing assessments and reflect daily activities in records.
• Perform safety checks and ensure unit security at designated times.
• Assist individuals with ADLs as needed.
• Participate in shift change reports and relay critical information.
