Qualifications

• Work experience requirements: Minimum three years experience in mental health setting recommended.
• Assessment and referral experience preferred.
• Experience in leadership, scheduling, etc.
• Required licenses/ certifications/courses Must have BH experience.
• Registered Nurse and having South Carolina state licensure for that field.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing assessments.
• Conducts psychoeducation sessions (group, family, individual).
• Develops nursing-related programs.
• Performs initial precertifications and concurrent reviews on PHP patients.
• Maintains accurate patient charts and coordinates services.
• Participates in treatment planning and program development meetings.
• Interacts with community agencies to establish mental health network.
