Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, CT seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and ensuring a safe, therapeutic milieu for patients with dual diagnosis.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and have a current RN license in Connecticut.
• BLS certification required at hire and maintained during employment.
• CPI and de-escalation training required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team and communicate changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic milieu and provide age-appropriate care.
