Job summary

Mercy Behavioral Health Services seeks a Behavioral Health RN - PRN at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO to deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate care with other departments. Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain accountability for care of assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
