Formación

• BSN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years experience in behavioral health (inpatient or outpatient).
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and administration protocols.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality per ANA guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for efficacy and side effects.
• Provide emotional and psychological support using evidence-based therapeutic communication techniques.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental health and well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care, including discharge planning and aftercare.
