Job summary

Universal Health Services's Sierra Vista Hospital in Sacramento, CA, seeks a Registered Nurse for the behavioral health unit. The RN will coordinate and evaluate patient care, collaborate with the care team, and support procedures with required training.

NOC shift is 11pm–7:30am, with potential overtime as needed. Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required; associates accepted, bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience; psychiatric facility preferred.
• Licensed registered nurse in state; CPR and training completed.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate patient care in the behavioral health setting.
• Collaborate with health team to ensure quality standards of care.
• Assist in procedures and maintain safety and seclusion/restraint training.
