MiraVista Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a weekend and holiday rotation, offering opportunities in adolescent and adult programs. You will be part of a caring health care team, perform ongoing patient assessments, and help develop and document treatment plans in line with our Trauma-Informed Recovery model.

Qualificações

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts is required.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities.
• Understanding of the Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Previous psychiatric or substance use inpatient experience preferred, including crisis intervention.
• Crisis management and time management skills; ability to multi-task in a calm, organized, professional manner.

Responsabilidades

• Actively participate in the health care team providing direct and indirect care.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition throughout care.
• Contribute to patient treatment plans with goals and interventions.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in MiraVista's core values.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
