Job summary

Cedars of Lebanon in Lebanon, Ohio, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Behavioral Unit for day shifts on the Weekend Warrior schedule. You will provide direct patient care, assess needs, and implement individualized plans in a safe, supportive environment.

You will administer medications and therapies, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in Behavioral Unit with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in resident status to charge nurse or supervisor.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with social services and therapeutic recreation for holistic care.
