Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Nursing with CT RN license.
• BLS certification required on hire and maintained.
• CPI and de-escalation training within 3 months of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and monitor patient status.
• Maintain safe, therapeutic milieu with age-appropriate care.
• Communicate clinical changes promptly and document outcomes.
