Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years' healthcare experience preferred in behavioral health.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to interpret data, charts, and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and family advocacy needs and facilitate resolutions.
• Route and respond to care concerns for grievance investigations per regulatory guidelines.
• Abstract and collect data from medical records for quality indicators.
• Report patient satisfaction results monthly and quarterly.
• Assist in incident management and regulatory reporting.
