RHA Health Services is hiring for Behavioral Health Qualified Professional/FT Nights in North Carolina. The role supports individuals with MH or Substance Abuse diagnoses in an office-based setting, including crisis assessments and discharge planning.

It emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach with no on-call duties and includes a 10% weeknight and 15% weekend night shift differential. The position requires a BH Qualified Professional and relevant education/experience, with benefits such as

Responsibilities

• Perform case management linking and arranging for services and referrals.
• Provide crisis center support for individuals with MH or Substance Abuse issues.

• Complete risk assessments (e.g., Columbia Suicide Severity Scale, Violence Risk Assessment).
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and Brief Solution-Focused interventions.
• Maintain documentation within the current shift.

Type:

-Complete risk assessments such as the Columbia Suicide Severity Scale and the Violence Risk Assessments.
-Utilize de-escalation techniques and Brief Solution-Focused interventions.
-Other duties as assigned.

This position relies on knowledge, experience, and judgment in the context of an interdisciplinary team.

Physical requirements to perform essential functions of the job included:
-Regularly required to lift 10 lbs. Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. Must be able to pull minimum of 10 lbs.

• Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
• Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Required to regularly stand and walk.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
• Must be able to talk and hear

RHA Behavioral Health Services is looking for dedicated Licensed Professionals to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team providing support to individuals entering the Behavioral Health Urgent Care.

Position Requirements: : Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional.

• Bachelor’s degree (in Human Services field) & 2+ years full-time experience with population served
• Bachelor’s degree (Not Human Services field) & 4+ years full-time experience with population served
• OR
• Master’s Degree or Higher & 1+ years full-time experience with population served.

• Human Service DegreesInclude:Social Service, Sociology, Psychology, or other Human Service Degrees.

Responsibilities:
