Responsibilities include policing, directing traffic, responding to emergencies, and reporting incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for the required law enforcement experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, a psychological assessment, background screening and a physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Issue warnings and citations to violators.
• Apprehend and arrest violators.
• Provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and employees.
• Investigate traffic accidents, direct traffic and control crowds.
• Maintain records and prepare written reports of incidents.
• Testify in court and other legal proceedings.
